Dutch announce final 23-man roster

05/27/2010 - Amsterdam, Netherlands (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk finalized his 23-man World Cup team Thursday, cutting Orlando Engelaar, Vurnon Anita, Jeremain Lens and Ron Vlaar from the preliminary squad.

Engelaar started all four games in Euro 2008 for the Netherlands, and was the most surprising omission. He has played 13 times for the Dutch.

The Netherlands open the World Cup on June 14 against Denmark, and also play Cameroon and Japan in Group E.

Following is the Netherlands' World Cup roster:
